How often should I practice yoga?

We're all individuals with completely different lifestyles & demands so it will look different for everybody. HOWEVER, what we always recommend is to have something realistic in place you can stick to and not feel overwhelmed by. The more consistent you can be with your yoga practice, the more you will feel the benefits, and that's just the only answer. Our general recommendation is twice a week, and when you feel in rhythm with that increase to 3-4 if that's possible for you. 

Consistency is how you will feel the benefits of yoga!

What happens if I need to cancel a class?

We have a 5 x hour cancellation policy. Anything after 5 x hours notice will result in a late cancel meaning you will lose your pass. If you have a membership there is currently NO CHARGE for late cancellations, but should there be an increase in late cancellations we will consider adding a small charge.

I want to purchase the monthly membership, how does it work?

Brilliant! Just sign up and give us 14 x days notice to cancel your autopay contact. If you do not notify us at least 10 x days before, we will have to cancel at your NEXT billing date the following month.
