Our Chakra Vinyasa sessions are ideal for the client wanting to work with the energy in their body + draw a focus to specific energy centres to release + restore more harmony in mind + body. Each session is inspired by a different Chakra, which determined the mood + essence of practice.

A class to find serene stillness + embrace your Yin + calming energy. This class offers the opportunity to hold posture for 1-5 mins in a gentle + nourishing way.
